THE ART OF SURVIVAL TO TERRORISM

June 18, 2016

By Bernard Bujold –
Many years ago, when I was a teenager, I read in some advice book on physical self defense written by Ben Weider that people have two choices in front of an enemy. 1: Run away; or 2: If you cannot run, fight for the kill to survive.
In 2016, the advices of my old friend Ben Weider are still the only way recommended if you are the target of a physical attack by another person terrorist.
GUIDE: WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE ATTACKED BY A TERRORIST-
By The U.S. Department of Homeland Security
You have only three choices if you are attacked by a terrorist shooter:
1. Run away from the place;
2. Go hide in another room and lock the entrance;
3. Fight the attacker up front with any improvised weapon on the spot.
Your choice of the option all depend on where is the shooter in the building but, in all case, the key to survive is to act fast, very fast. If you think too long or too much, you will be a dead victim…

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR DONALD TRUMP

June 14, 2016

By Bernard Bujold –
Donald Trump is turning 70 years old this Tuesday June 14, 2016.
Born in 1946, Trump is the father of 5 children and eight grandchildren: five from his son Donald Jr. and three from his daughter Ivanka. Donald Trump has never done drugs, smoked cigarettes or drank coffee, and has always heeded a warning from his older brother (an alcoholic) to not drink alcohol! He is now running as candidate to be the next President of the United States.
Happy Birthday and good luck to the White House…

ORLANDO SHOOTING AND US POLITICS

June 13, 2016

BY BERNARD BUJOLD –
The two candidates to the US Presidency reacted directly to the Orlando shooting (JUNE 12, 2016) and they are both using the very sad event in their campaign.
Hillary Clinton try to convince people by accusing Donald Trump and his approach saying that the next US President must be working more on gun control and acceptance between people. instead of terrorism.
Donald Trump is more angry in his reaction and he said that United States must fight terrorists up front and he is very strongly calling on the failure of the actual way of the US President Barack Obama.
The terrorism will be for sure the central issue in the next Presidential election and the question will be: “Which approach do the Americans want to be their next way of life?
The soft one of a Clinton or the aggressive one of a Trump? “
The people choice will decide of the next US President!
To be continued…

THE ART OF CONSTRUCTION

June 1, 2016

By Bernard Bujold –
A friend, in one of my former life, recently invited me to visit the Penthouse of a building for which he is the developer. I gladly accepted because I love to admire the beautiful scenery and beautiful apartments!
However, I had to put a hold on my passion because I soon found, once there, his invitation was for a visit of a penthouse on construction (concrete slabs …). Probably my favorite candidate for the US Presidency, Donald would have enjoyed the visit, since he knows and love the field of construction, but in my case, I would have preferred the penthouse in its habitable state… Coffee, however, was delicious and the view of the city beautiful and unique.
