The chef and restaurateur Normand Laprise from TOQUÉ! launched his new cookbook that showcases his Quebec cuisine which is widely recognized by his peers and clients. The book was an opportunity for Normand Laprise to come back on his philosophy, his career, his childhood, his training, his mentors, his inspirations, the people who have supported and helped make his restaurant the one of the best in the country. The book of nearly 500 pages in French will be available in bookshops from October 24 and in English at the end of November.
